Vijay’s TVK election manifesto is a masterpiece, far better than that of the 75 year old and 50 year old Dravidian parties. Vijay has taken pain in drafting it and covered almost all the major sects in his manifesto. Very attractive, useful and colourful also. Brilliant work.

States that successfully controlled population are now being rewarded with weaker representation. The states that governed better are now asked to settle for less representation. Call it delimitation if you want, it still feels like gerrymandering.
