A multicenter study validated the long-term prognostic value of angio-based FFR in CCS. 3-vessel QFR/μQFR<2.75 was an independent predictor of bad prognosis. Meanwhile, ~18% patients were assesed by one-projection based #2D #μFR, due to the lack of two appropriate projections.

#TCT2023 💡 Dr. Fukuishi Yuta from #KobeUniversity in Japan, presented "Validation of μFR® diagnostic accuracy in patients with severe aortic stenosis undergoing TAVR". The results showed single-view μFR is a feasible option for evaluating comorbid CADs in such population.

#TCT2023 💡 Dr. Jiasheng Yin from Zhongshan Hospital Fudan University shared “Comparison of FFR and #μFR after successful PCI in patients with #CTO”. Results showed significant differences between μFR and FFR and Collateral circulation grade was an independent risk factor.
