We need competent grassroot level coaches to train our coaches. Usually those coaches are not of high profile.
We actually need 2 types of foreign coaches to train coach-
1) who can train kids (grassroot-Achyut Banerjee type)
2) Who can train teens ( Amal Dutta / Alejandro type )

@QEBNA Supply line of quality domestic talents is contingent upon presence of technically sound coaches. For that the coaches do need proper training and experience. Not sure how many high profile coaches will come to India to work at the grassroots level however, if the….

So, he hardly made movies on extreme poverty. His movies were mostly on middle class issues, employmeent & political crisis.
Only a cross breed monkey can claim that Ray repeatedly highlighted poverty of poor class of India.
