قطر تدين الاستهداف الإيراني الذي أسفر عن مقتل شخص في الإمارات وتؤكد تضامنها معها الدوحة – 16 مارس 2026 تعرب دولة قطر عن إدانتها الشديدة للاستهداف الإيراني الذي أدى لسقوط صاروخ على مركبة مدنية في منطقة الباهية بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة الشقيقة، أسفر عن مقتل شخص، وتعدّه تصعيداً خطيراً وانتهاكاً صارخاً لسيادة الإمارات وتهديداً مباشراً لأمن المنطقة واستقرارها. وتؤكد وزارة الخارجية أن استمرار الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية في فتح جبهات جديدة وتوسيع دائرة التصعيد مع دول الجوار أمر بالغ الخطورة، وتدعوها إلى الوقف الفوري لهذه السياسات غير المسؤولة التي تقوّض أمن المنطقة واستقرارها، وإلى تغليب مصلحة شعوب المنطقة والالتزام بمبادئ حسن الجوار والقانون الدولي. كما تؤكد الوزارة تضامن دولة قطر مع دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة الشقيقة، ودعمها لكل ما تتخذه من إجراءات للحفاظ على سيادتها وأمنها وسلامة أراضيها. #الخارجية_القطرية

Statement | Qatar Condemns Iranian Attack that Kills One Person in UAE, Affirms Solidarity Doha | March 16, 2026 The State of Qatar expresses its strong condemnation of the Iranian targeting that led to a missile striking a civilian vehicle in the Al Bahia area in the sisterly United Arab Emirates (UAE), which killed one person, describing it as a serious escalation and a blatant violation of the UAE's sovereignty, as well as a direct threat to the security and stability of the region. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirms that the Islamic Republic of Iran's continued opening of new fronts and expanding escalation with neighboring countries is extremely dangerous. It called on Iran to immediately halt these irresponsible policies that undermine the region's security and stability, and to prioritize the interests of the region's peoples while adhering to the principles of good neighborliness and international law. The Ministry also affirms the State of Qatar's solidarity with the UAE and its support for all measures taken to preserve its sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity. #MOFAQatar

Qatar Condemns Iranian Attack on Buildings in Bahrain Housing Qatari Amiri Naval Forces Personnel Doha | March 06, 2026 The State of Qatar condemns, in the strongest terms, the Iranian attack that targeted buildings in various areas of the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain housing personnel from the Qatar Amiri Naval Forces, participating within the Unified Maritime Operations Center affiliated with the Unified Military Command of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), describing it as a blatant act of aggression and a flagrant violation of the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Bahrain and a direct threat to its security and stability as well as the security of the region. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirms the State of Qatar’s full solidarity with the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain in confronting this attack, stressing that targeting facilities hosting forces operating within the framework of joint Gulf cooperation represents a dangerous escalation that affects the security of GCC states and undermines the principles of good neighborliness and respect for state sovereignty. The ministry clarifies that the personnel of the Qatar Amiri Naval Forces who were present in the targeted buildings are safe and no injuries were recorded among them. The Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Kingdom of Bahrain takes the necessary measures to follow up on their situation and ensure their safety, in coordination with the competent authorities in the Kingdom. In this context, the ministry expresses its appreciation for the cooperation and coordination shown by the relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Bahrain in dealing with this incident and ensuring the safety of those present at the targeted sites. The ministry renews the State of Qatar’s condemnation of all acts that threaten the security of countries in the region and the safety of their facilities, calling for an end to escalation and adherence to the principles of international law and the Charter of the United Nations in a manner that preserves the security and stability of the region and spares its peoples the risks of further tension. #MOFAQatar
