@qatarairways @qrsupport After two hours, my iPhone still has battery. Thanks, Apple. Meanwhile I am already humming the hold music along. Quite a catchy tune. I almost know the announcement by heart as well. I still make a few mistakes now and then, but practice makes perfect

@qatarairways I have been on hold for the past 6 hours, 3 hours in the phone was put down on me and now I have been back on hold for 3 hours again. My flight is within 48 hours as I fly on the 6th of March 2026. I need to make it to Australia yet I have had no support .

@qatarairways Flight Brisbane to Amsterdam on 3 March was cancelled and I’m stranded in Brisbane. I hoped to be home for my daughter’s birthday on the 9th. I can be flexible if others need priority, but delays are causing extra costs. Please advise on rebooking. @qatarairways

@qatarairways I’m unable to edit or change my booking for Doha to Dublin flight that was scheduled on 01/03 I’ve been tirelessly calling and emailing and sending dms but I’m not getting any revert Such a poor service for stranded customers I’m never booking Qatar airways again:(

@qatarairways I’m still waiting to hear why you are charging me a cancellation fee. The airspace is closed I haven’t cancelled my flights voluntarily I understand it’s out of your control But the same applies to me And I SHOULD NOT be paying a cancellation fee

@qatarairways Hello Airways , i supposed to travel from.manchest today , I cancelled the ticket once i received the flight cancellation message from airlines app. But why airlines take refund fee around GBP 270 . There js no point to deduct the refund. I received less amount
