Field Day fun for 3rd - 5th graders!

Field Day fun for our K–2nd graders! 🎉☀️ From relay races to water slides and everything in between, it was a day full of memories. A HUGE thank you to our incredible connections team and amazing admin for all the planning & setup. A special shoutout to our parent volunteers!

Sweet surprise! A huge thank you to @fivelittlebirds_bakery for donating everything our kindergartners needed to decorate sugar cookies with edible paint during our Crafting Day! The kids had a blast creating (and tasting) their colorful masterpieces.

Our Camping Day was in-tents fun! ⛺️ From cozy reading under twinkle lights to writing spooky stories by (pretend) firelight, students had a blast. Some classes even made s’mores! 🍫

We loved meeting our future kindergarteners and their families! It was a joy to see so many excited faces as they took their first steps toward an amazing school journey. We can’t wait to welcome these little learners in the fall! 🍎📚 #FutureKindergartners #GrowingOurSchool

🎶 March is National Play the Recorder Month! 🎶 Third-grade parents, heads up—some recorders have journeyed home this weekend! 😅🔊 To help minimize those squeaky sounds, Mr. Luke began lessons by having students blow bubbles, teaching them gentle breath control.

Second Graders kicked off their Plant and Animal Life Cycle STEAM unit with a visit to Yellow River Wildlife Sanctuary. Led by guides, they learned about what the animals in the sanctuary need to live and grow, native lands of animals, and their life cycle.

Our amazing third graders lit up the stage with their performance of Go Fish! 🌊✨ Through music and storytelling, they shared a powerful message about acceptance, friendship, & celebrating differences. A huge thank you to Mr. Luke for making this show a success! 🎤👏

We are incredibly proud of our students who participated in the Young Georgia Authors Writing Competition at both the school and district levels! Their creativity and hard work have truly shined through their writing. Keep writing!

A select group of our 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders participated in the Oconee County Math Competition, sponsored by the North Oconee Math Team. Congratulations to Lina for earning 1st 🥇place in the 4th-grade division! Our 4th-grade team also placed 2nd overall! 🥈

🍀✨St. Patrick’s Day Fun! Students put their math and problem-solving skills to the test with a day full of hands-on activities! From cracking codes in escape rooms 🕵🏽☘️, to graphing lucky charms 🌈, and measuring with gold coins, learning was filled with excitement.
