Not everyone gets it right all the time, but the service from @LandRoverUK, @group1autouk and @thepaddymcg in sorting my Dad out with another brand new Range Rover has been superb. Yes I know, people will say it shouldn’t have gone wrong in the first place, but in all businesses it’s how you’re looked after when things DO go wrong that you can tell what kind of company they are. Plus, everyone knows if you could only have one car it would be a Range Rover!

@EPriceJourno It seems odd in policy planning at the Senedd that LAJ inherited the seat initially from Mohammad Asghar when he died because she was the next name on the regional list, but when she (and other regional AMs and MSs) decide to leave their party, the same process isn’t enacted.

@EPriceJourno They need to change rules on defecting regional MSs. She wasn’t personally elected, she was a name on a list of Tory candidates, so if she wants to leave the Torys, the next person on the list should become the MS (I haven’t looked at the new system and if it fixes this)

@EPriceJourno I’ve now read up on this. When Asghar died as regional member for S Wales East, LAJ inherited his seat as she was next on the list for Tories. She subsequently won the seat in an election as the regional member, but it seems odd a death was planned for but not resignations

@EPriceJourno Welsh Government need to change rules on defecting - I sort of buy that an MP or MS can defect as their name is on the ballet paper, BUT she’s a regional member and stands on a list, for a party. The next person on a list should take over if she leaves the party she stood for

Icing on the cake is DVLA sent tax refund and charged 3 months road fund licence for the 37 days of ownership - 10 days of August and 27 days of September - can't fathom why 3rd month was charged. There's no procedure for contesting tax calculation error either 🫠
