ADL is disturbed by the invocation of antisemitic tropes during the open portion of the Hoboken City Council meeting last night. We applaud the Mayor and Council President for clearly and unequivocally rejecting these remarks and making clear that antisemitism and all forms of hate are unacceptable and have no place in the Hoboken community.

Antisemitism has no place in Hoboken and we vehemently denounce any kind of hate speech, bias or discrimination in our open and welcoming community. We ask all residents to join us in rejecting it, wherever it exists.
