I want to love borderlands 4 but releasing a dlc with so many bugs and forcing cross progression into basically a month of radio silence is a horrible look. No mention of the cross progression in today's patch notes is very telling to me. @GearboxOfficial

@lil_gasmask I wouldn't have even ticked classmod. Half measure for a game that only has instanced loot. Amon is never going to need a vex com. Ever.

@TacitTempo @ProdigyXL @lil_gasmask @GearboxOfficial Dialogs are given a ThreadId before they start playing so after they start playing I stop them using a gearbox made function that just takes the ThreadId and a fadeout for args. Hopefully that stop function runs everything the dialog ending naturally does but I can't confirm that

@RedxYeti @ProdigyXL @lil_gasmask @GearboxOfficial Im a game dev student, so Im not like an expert, but theoretically, if you're just making the threads exit faster then as long as the threads completely execute, any flags should still go off properly?

Devs, please. From casual players to hardcore challenge runners/speed runners I feel like I can say most of us want this. @GearboxOfficial

@TacitTempo @ProdigyXL @lil_gasmask @GearboxOfficial I would never claim it's 100% safe, but I've played through a good chunk of the game and side quests and I haven't run into any soft locks that occur from deleting the audio files. No reports of broken quests either yet either. I'm free to discuss how it works :)

@RedxYeti @ProdigyXL @lil_gasmask @GearboxOfficial I dont see how this could have any major negative effects. I would also like to know. Maybe if you had cut out sections. Seems like they just dont want 3rd parties messing with the game

@ProdigyXL @lil_gasmask @GearboxOfficial Mod author here: I haven't had any reports of broken quests. This mod waits for the dialog to start playing and then finds its thread id and stops it. I'd like to know how you know.

@lil_gasmask @GearboxOfficial I'd be cautious using this mod; skipping dialog could lead to broken mission states that might not be recoverable. This request is way more involved and riskier that it appears on the surface with how dialog is integrated within our mission system. Don't ask me how I know.

@Joltzdude139 Vault hunters ofc, but I can see why they went with new trees. New vault hunters means new character design, cosmetics, art for ui, more code, etc. For a new tree you can skip a large portion of development.

Did you prefer 1 new skill tree per vault hunter -or- 2 new vault hunters? Personally, I prefer new vault hunters.

I guess embedding is too hard for Twitter.
