Item 13.5: Council appointed the following Council members to the CAO Selection Committee: Mayor Christian, Deputy Mayor Charlton, Councillors Wentzell Councillor Jenkins.

Item 13.3: Council authorized the Municipality to enter into an agreement with South Shore Regional Centre for Education and the North Queens Active Living Society.

A motion was approved at 1:50 p.m. to return to the public portion of the agenda.

Item 11.1: Mayor Christian’s provided his report . Council took part in a facilitated strategic priorities session on Jan. 30 & Feb. 1. On Feb. 5, he signed the Collective Agreement with IBEW. He met with members of businesses, community organizations & individuals.

Upon clarification of the vote, Council voted and the motion passed to deny the appeal and uphold the decision of the Development Officer to issue a site plan approval for development of a 24-unit apartment on property identified as PID # 70026893.
