@sprinklysera If i exercise then everyday for a body shower! I do a full shower every other day since I heard washing hair everyday is bad!

@elainecals @swt_flwr_ i second this! As long as i’m in a huge deficit then im okay with whatever steps i get usually

@swt_flwr_ that’s incredibly real, i’ve honestly stopped pressuring myself into hitting 10-15k daily and i’m much more comfortable with my minimum of 5k. it’s very difficult (& often dangerous) to move too much on a huge deficit anyway

@swt_flwr_ i do 5k usually. As long as i’m in a deficit then i’m okay with whatever steps. Also my feet hurt smm if i over do the walking which makes work sooo much worse
