I went a step further I created a landing page where they can sign up right in front of me. They provide name address phone and email. I wait for the automated reply I built and confirm with an automated email to them and me at the door. This is how I know. I sampled just 10 knocks the other day and 3 home owners answered the door and they all signed up immediately after pitch. 100% conversion is unheard of. I know what I have is consistent with what people want. And when you discover that you start building!! #Ringmula #startup

@ritu_twts As a non tech founder I was able to build and ship a very functional CRM with a dialer for my Wholesale Real Estate business. Yes AI is amazing, ( Claude is my go to) but you still have to red team it with other AI’s because drifting or hallucinating happens a lot.

How to start a company: - step 1: tell everyone you're starting a company - step 2: everyone tells you the market is saturated, the timing is wrong, and you should get a real job first - step 3: start anyway - step 4: realise the people who told you not to start have never started anything it's a weird, humbling, occasionally terrifying, euphoric experience and there's no other way to find out who you actually are under pressure just start the thing bro

First day knocking doors in a new neighborhood. 10 random doors. 3 answered. 3 signed up. Every single person who heard the pitch said yes. The problem is real. Homeowners want control over who shows up at their door.

Walked into a city police records department ( where they process solicitation permits) today to ask about requirements. The person who processes those permits told me I should take Ringmula on Shark Tank after explaining the permission based marketplace we’re building. When the people who enforce the rules tell you your idea solves a real problem, you listen.
