🚨 BREAKING: @Topstep interfering with live trader positions 🚨 A funded trader is UP $5,000 on the day, in a 4-contract GC trade with $0 risk (stop at breakeven)… And yet Topstep forced a $3,000 trailing stop on the position — not because of trader risk, but because they decided to manage the trade themselves. Here’s the actual message from Topstep support: “We will step in to manage downside risk when you are profitable.” So now prop firms are trading instead of the trader? If a trader is funded, in profit, and fully risk-controlled… who exactly is supposed to be making the trading decisions? @Topstep @MichaelPatak This raises serious questions about trader autonomy inside funded accounts. Trader @flexxtrades

Let‘s get this straight. @MichaelPatak created TopstepX and even the mods kept saying that it is the best platform and compatible with mobile but when it keeps crashing, they are REFUSING to compensate their customers for their FAULTY products and all. They even blame us for it.

@MichaelPatak MAKE IT RIGHT FOR EVERYONE!!! Give every traders a free resets on all of their accounts like if they have 5 accounts then 5 resets! IMPACTED OR NOT!!! You are losing everyone’s trust!!

Once back fully running (almost there), for those impacted by the outage, ANY negative realized trades in the affected time window will be removed & KEEP any realized profits. We WILL Reopen any accounts that were closed due to a violation that occurred during the outage window.

@MichaelPatak We are starting to lose trust in Topstep especially with this consecutive system going down every week. You should give us free resets on every account we have or free accounts!!

Had a great day planned for everyone but server issues got us again … we are on it even though it may not feel like it. Working on the best trader experience for you all. We are NOT delivering on that but we will soon. I understand all your frustration. I am sorry for the issues
