@gobi_one I still do but I now use AfterShokz. The sound isn't great but my ears are open to the world.

So who runs without headphones ? I was always an occasional headphone wearer but since lockdown I have not worn them at all. I want to engage with the public and be respectful when given space. I have been blanked many times by runners and cyclists in headphones. #ukrunchat
