RunningAHEAD is currently down. I am working with the data center to troubleshoot. It might be hardware failure, in which case it'll take a few days to replace the part.

Everything is back up. Turned out one of the network connections was taken offline after the restart. Took several hours working with the data center to track it down.

One of the disks failed, which caused the server to stop for some reason. After the reboot, things came up, but the data center messed up the networking. I'm waiting for them to fix it and hopefully it'll be back up again.

Looks like the RA servers are down. I'm working with the data center to troubleshoot.

It took a while but everything should be up and running again. I'm sorry for the outage.

Looks like the hard drive array had died. I was trying bring up the secondary servers but hit a snag. It'll take me a little while to get everything going. There is no data loss. I'll explain once everything is up.

Looks like the problems RA has been experiencing is due to a failing hard drive in the database server. I'm working on switching to the backup database server.

Data center has moved the server but it's not coming up correctly. We're currently troubleshooting.

RA is currently inaccessible. The load balancers are taking over the external IP address in rapid succession. I'm troubleshooting it now.

Finally heard back from the data center. They are rewiring their internal network, and it affected RA's connectivity to the world.

RA is currently down. The primary servers are inaccessible. The data center is looking into the problem.
