Broken bones don't heal themselves while you're running on hormone fuel. The human brain and body are incredible under pressure... but also a little insane. Has anyone else seen something like this where pain just got completely overridden? Adrenaline is wild ????

It's funny how the brain reacts when it encounters certain danger. This morning I witnessed one of the wildest displays of the human body's survival mode I've ever seen. Two men got into a heated fight. Things escalated fast. One guy grabs a piece of wood and swings it hard,

Eventually the chase disappeared around the corner. I hope the injured guy got medical help soon after — once that adrenaline crash hits, the pain comes roaring back, and a wrist injury like that needs X-rays, possible surgery, and real pain management fast.

The attacker ran not because he was losing physically, but because the other man's relentless charge made the situation feel uncontrollable and unpredictable. Bystanders froze because grabbing someone in that state risks turning you into the next target.

And the injured man? Chased him down the street, wrist still swinging wildly, adrenaline keeping him going long after logic said he should collapse. It was a perfect, terrifying illustration of how adrenaline doesn't just give you strength — it rewires priorities.

The guy with the wood — who had the clear weapon advantage — suddenly looked terrified. His perceived dominance vanished. Seeing someone refuse to react "normally" to a shattered wrist triggered his own fear response. He took off running

Instead of backing off or even pausing from the pain, he kept charging forward like a man possessed. Pure rage in his eyes. He wanted more. The attacker, still holding the wood, started yelling at bystanders: "Hold him! Hold this guy!" But nobody moved.
