How interesting.....@n_riddell had a debate with me on X and asked for proof of any Muslim calling for violence against - when I provided it (see below)....his tweets mysteriously disappeared and I was unfriended. It seems that some people's justification for anti-semitism is so ingrained that they cannot face any alternative reality! The proof? Birmingham-based Islamic preacher and imam, Asrar Rashid, issued a public call urging his followers to show "no mercy" toward Maccabi Tel Aviv fans ahead of their scheduled UEFA Conference League match against Aston Villa on November 6, 2025. In a video from a lecture he gave in Amsterdam on October 1, 2025, titled "The Responsibilities of Muslims in Europe," Rashid explicitly stated: "We will show no mercy toward Maccabi Tel Aviv fans who will arrive in several weeks for the match against Aston Villa.

I have made the amazing discovery (hitherto unknown to man) that if you slice the bottom 1/4 inch off a wilted cabbage to refresh the stump and leave it in a dish of water for a few hours, it will restore a glory to behold; and with a rinse, delicious eating outer leaves as well.

Today’s 25 minute flight against a 6 to 8 hour train journey. Occupancy of the flight today gave it the same carbon emissions as the train, if not slightly lower.
