Dear @AlexSchmidty and @KatieGoldin, If you haven't yet, I'd love a @SIFpod episode on old-timey telephones! There's so much I don't know! When and how did they change from rotary to touch tone? Were "party lines" as awkward as they sound? How was the infrastructure made?

@SIFpod There’s better examples of crochet octopuses/squid out there, but these are the first ones I’ve done (the 5 small ones were part of a donation drive for Toldeo Children’s Hospital to give to preemies in their NICU) which makes me think … crochet episode?

Now I can’t get the image of Maria from ‘Sound of Music’ dancing in the hills, performing the title track whilst happily twirling a squirrel around her head, said squirrel chirpily accentuating notes in appropriate locations of the song. Thanks a heckuva lot @SIFpod!
