As #COP29 almost comes to an end, civil society message still remains #PayUp for climate finance.

The overall picture at #COP29 is bleak. Countries are backtracking on human rights obligations across the board. This includes developed countries’ obligations to provide public #ClimateFinance at scale.  ✊️⚖️ No #ClimateJustice without #HumanRights.
