honestly robotic affirming worked for me when i did them but so has just making a decision or wtv everything works because everything ur seeing is you, itching ur own ass would work too because actually nothing is ever separate from u so u have what u want regardless of technique

i think where i was going w this is that techniques help to soothe the “ego” and stop it from interfering with what is already and always been yours, but they are not actually DOING anything

it all comes down to where you are placing your awareness and attention
everything can change with just a shift, and percieved “problems” can dissolve by taking your attention away and returning back to wholeness. aka, do not treat it as a problem— it has nothing to do with you!
