@GaltMD @mdusahk @jalbright22 @noahkaufmanmd @BarbellFi He is saying you make your choice and you have to live with it
Nothing to allow or disallow
It is totally your choice and your choice only
Please work on your comprehension
English

@mdusahk @jalbright22 @noahkaufmanmd @BarbellFi I’m not allowed to be unhappy with any aspect of my life because of the career I chose, got it.
I’m muting you, this is totally unserious.
English

@GaltMD @mdusahk @jalbright22 @noahkaufmanmd @BarbellFi It seems to me you are complaining about your health insurance policy
If you don't like your health insurance, change it to the one you like
You choose yours and he chooses his
Btw, I have NEVER been denied anything by my health insurance
It must be a you thing
English

@mdusahk @jalbright22 @noahkaufmanmd @BarbellFi This is absolutely not how most insurance policies work now. My policy for example has a $5000 deductible and 20% “coinsurance,” and they deny every claim anyway so I never meet my deductible or out of pocket max.
English

@noahkaufmanmd @mdusahk @jalbright22 @BarbellFi Do you know how to read??
He gave you the MAXIMUM his out of pocket for his ER visit(actually it is a set fee), plus 20% doctors' bills subject to the contracts among the doctors with the insurance companies
Doctors can't charge whatever they want
English

What do you pay for a chest pain rule out at the emergency department?
Or a complex laceration?
You are giving us the minimum you are paying if you have a rhinovirus at the ER. Which by the way they will probably upcode to a level three.
I’m not sure the point you’re trying to make?
You know the data exists beyond your n=1 Cadillac insurance plan?
Do you know that 80% people don’t mean and that the average deductible is close to $3000?
I’m confused. What are you actually trying to say here?
English

Thousands of people make the daily trip from Pahrump to Las Vegas, but commuters and retirees said rising gas prices are changing how often they travel and where they fill up.
bit.ly/4stSRrP
English

@SenJackyRosen Gasoline prices are still lower than under Biden
Gasoline prices in NV are higher than the national average because of Dem policies in CA
Oil refineries are closing in CA
English

Gas prices are soaring and Nevadans are experiencing some of the highest gas prices in the nation. Hardworking Nevada families were already struggling to get by because of climbing grocery and health care costs.
The Trump Admin is unfocused, and they're not making life more affordable for you.

English

@jalbright22 @mdusahk @noahkaufmanmd @BarbellFi What that has anything to do with what the dad's actually expenses after he took his son to the ER for an unnecessary non emergency (nothing was done to his son in the ER)?
English

@mdusahk @noahkaufmanmd @BarbellFi Holy cow, that was max bot escalation.
Your $500 deductible plan costs $23,000/year. You just don’t pay it. That’s the subsidy.
English

@theaceofspaeder @mdusahk Then you should know it is not 50/50
Like he says, should it be 50.01% vs 49.99%
Majority rules, right?
English

@mdusahk I have the handbook memorized, you smug dolt.
English

Okay, can we do 50/50 at least? If more than half the ball is in the zone, it is a strike, if not, it is a ball.
Because this is dumb. Sorry if that hurts you.
Codify@CodifyBaseball
This is the closest overturned call we've seen so far. An ⅛ of a millimeter farther outside and it's a ball.
English

@nvdems @JoeLombardoNV I don't want Iran to have nuclear weapons
Trump is doing the right things bombing Iran
Dem is doing nothing about it, Obama gave them more money to develop nuclear bombs
English

Nevada taxicab driver on rising gas costs: “It’s not good, man; we don’t make enough money”
It’s time for @JoeLombardoNV to finally put Nevadans over Donald Trump and call for an end to Trump's war that's spiking costs
English

@RichLassiterMD @mdusahk @BarbellFi He is actually a much better doctor than you are, from what have been said so far
You don't understand medical finance and you misdiagnosed a child with mild cold symptoms who required no treatment as serious RSV infection in respiratory distress
English

@mdusahk @BarbellFi You're not actually an MD, are you?
English

@RichLassiterMD @mdusahk @BarbellFi Yes he did
You asked price comparison, actual price and medical necessity
He told you it is fixed price for in network and since nothing was done, it was not necessary to visit the ER
What is some RSV ... resp distress has anything to do here?
His son was sent home wo treatment
English

@mdusahk @BarbellFi Do you think that you have addressed anything that I asked?
English

@yott_michael @mdusahk @TCGView @BBGreatMoments In other words, it was the job for the runner to ran to home safe from 3rd
There was no reason for the catcher to be there, he was not in play
The umpire agreed
English

@yott_michael @mdusahk @TCGView @BBGreatMoments This extends into some restriction near the home plate when the catcher has the ball and ready to tag
English

@yott_michael @mdusahk @TCGView @BBGreatMoments People confused with the rule the runner needs to be within 1.5 feet on either side of the white line
THAT ONLY APPLIES TO RUNNER DURING A TAG ATTEMPT
English

@Schottelko52891 @mdusahk @DougRockfish @BBGreatMoments That rule doesn't apply to the situation
That rule is dealing with runner and catcher at the home plate, to avoid injury
English

@mdusahk @DougRockfish @BBGreatMoments Page 90, Section B... ncaaorg.s3.amazonaws.com/championships/…
"A runner attempting to score may not deviate from their direct pathway to the plate in order to initiate contact with the catcher (or other player covering home plate), or otherwise initiate an avoidable collision."
English

@mdusahk @TCGView @BBGreatMoments And if there is nobody on 3rd already? Catcher should just let lead runner retreat back to third, no out?
English

@TheRealBenRod1 @mdusahk @TCGView @BBGreatMoments You missed his point on defending the runner apparently made contact with the catcher on purpose and drew an obstruction ruling, making your point is irrelevant or not applicable to what he was saying
English

@mdusahk @TCGView @BBGreatMoments The white line is irrelevant when determining obstruction. That is determined from where the runner is when he tries to advance to the next base. Everyone gets it wrong, the 3-foot rule only applies as a tag is made, since he didn't have the ball, the catcher obstructed.
English
