@SW_Help There are line closures along the route so she can’t get to Woking via Salisbury. She wasn’t aware of this when she bought the ticket.

@SW_Help That doesn’t seem right it’s the high street that is closed and that bus stop is outside the station that can’t be accessed by road tomorrow are you sure?

@SW_Help I was supposed to get the 18.27 train from Waterloo to Bournemouth but it’s been cancelled. I was told to get the 18.00 to Portsmouth and change at Guildford. Now the guard is saying get off at Woking and get a replacement bus to Basingstoke. Which is correct?
