@goodstuffyeahhh Hi there, your best option would most likely be a travel card as this would give you unlimited travel from Guildford into zones 1 -6 around London. Hope this helps. ^LJ

@SW_Help hi what would be the best ticket if one would like to chase the 455 around on it's last day to ride and take some photos too? I'm from Guildford. Any help is appreciated, thank you

Hi Andy, you should be able to appeal the decision on the email if you do not agree. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team on 0345 6000 650, Monday to Friday 08:00 - 20:00, Saturday 09:00 -18:00, Sunday 09:00 –16:00, they will be able to look into you delay repay claim and escalate further if necessary. ^LJ

@SW_Help My train was very clearly delayed by over an hour on the 16th, the guard even made an announcement stating the amount of time it was delayed and yet delay repay said 30mins late originally then 59mins on appeal?? Should be full refund not half!
