HT: #thfc 1-0 Atletico (Agg 3-5). Excellent 1st half from Spurs, full of fight & quality. Only shame is they haven't got a 2nd. Tel has been terrific but really should have squared it Gray/Muani from that stunning move. Vicario save looks better & better more you see it. Game on.

What this club needed was a silly old pessimist like me, who has watched 1000s upon 1000s of football matches, to tell them in November they were bang in trouble. Not some city types who don't understand the game or club. They're very close to taking us into the Championship.

That *has* to be it now, surely. To be in the stadium tonight was to understand this is done; that the only chance Spurs have is by making a change. There’s nothing to fear in firing Frank. We can’t play any worse. There is no joy. Everyone is miserable.

Standards never been lower. The board and manager have made losing every week acceptable. Happy to see Romero blamed, 30 mins of not losing as ‘a great performance’. We are in big big trouble

Frank without Maddison, Kulusevski, Kudus, Porro, Richarlison, Bentancur, Davies, Spence and Danso. 100 injuries across PL clubs atm, and Spurs especially badly hit. #TOTMUN #THFC
