@MoonWing_xyz I have a feeling this is a bigger move and it won’t go subscription for the base software. It’s really solid software. And could take away from adobe, but most people/canva users won’t want to learn all the options/techniques so they will use the ai subscription… is the bet.

I’m very impressed with Carman Sandiego. Yes, it’s a show for kids; but it’s got writing-arcs that’s would work for any ‘James Bond’. And the kicker: look at the art!

@cgpov @TvanHelsdingen At first, I’m guessing there’s some mismatch, but If you have a standard that lay in between all the render engines, wouldn’t it just be a simple conversion (of each parameter) that each one would need to support ? (for exports and imports)

OpenPBR, USD, Alembic, glTF, OpenVDB just about everything in 3D has an open standard. Lights are still the wild west. 😩

@Oddernod @joe_walker It’s been a long while for me, but hope to be headed back there myself 🤞, but I believe there is a little app. But also I think Wacom called it something strangle like ‘tumble’ in its settings.

@joe_walker I'd love the forward press as MMB scroll in Slack or Chrome like it does on a PC when I set it as that... wondering if there's some little sidecar app that I need to install to make it work. Setting it to MMB or Pan/Scroll doesn't seem to do anything on a Mac.

MacBook users out there, just got my first one and how in the living hell do you get a Wacom pen to scroll with middle click on these things? Is there some weird permission I need to set that I'm missing?

@Oddernod Big thoughts on the social aspect here. Sing-along, yell at the screen… be part of a group of people that all agree on something in person. (they could release a sing-along version of the first wicked, before the second wicked comes out and I’m sure it would do ⬆️numbers)
