There are guys out there holding the line though. Just take pride in your work and dont accept less than you're worth. Thats all you can do.

@SamusPrime23 @AustinFranco123 🙏🏼 I noticed in the north there are actual carpentry apprenticeships but in Texas w2 carpentry jobs have basically disappeared in lieu of under the table labor despite the booming residential sector. Super eye opening.
