@SarahRaynard I've had a full cry over this already today. I just don't understand it. It's a PR agency that is supposed to value its relationship with media and journalists and its withholding almost £3k from a national journalist... 😰

Invoiced in February with payment due 27th March. Payment date missed, Accounts promise payment at end of the week. Nothing was received today, chased and was told I will have it tomorrow.

Freelanced for the same company for 4 years (on and off on projects) and I don't think I've ever been paid on time - honestly feels like I'm going crazy.

Thanks to @RoyalMail for sending me a photograph of a parcel delivered to me earlier today. The parcel has not been delivered and the photograph is not taken on my front door. To add to my frustration, the tracking information does not tell me who the sender is. Rubbish service!
