Some of the most brilliant people I've ever met never finished school. Yes, credentials are useful to know, but I don't define a person by their credentials. Doing so is silly, and runs the risk of missing out on some fascinating people and ideas.

Ideas have an extremely fleeting life. Don’t waste time: write as soon as you get a shot. Always keep a notebook, a piece of paper, or iPhone notes close to you. You don’t know how many ideas I lost because I didn’t write them down in the next two minutes.
