🇨🇦🇺🇦 In Halifax, during the International Security Forum, I met with Canadian senators. I expressed gratitude to Canada for its unwavering support for Ukraine during these challenging times, including military, financial, humanitarian, and political assistance, as well as for its leadership on many issues and active stance on the international stage. We discussed several important topics, including further defense assistance and the provision of weapons to Ukraine that would help deter the aggressor and shift the situation on the frontlines. The discussion also focused on strengthening sanctions pressure on russia, as well as support for the #FormulaForPeace and the Victory Plan proposed by @ZelenskyyUa. I emphasized that Canada’s G7 presidency next year presents an opportunity for strong and coordinated joint actions. I expressed hope for continued solidarity at the parliamentary level and the adoption of legislative initiatives in support of Ukraine.

Poland, Estonia, and Latvia visit including Exercise RESOLUTE WARRIOR 2024 in Latvia. The Exercise highlights the Canadian-led Multinational Brigade's determined work to deter further Russian aggression.
