@bradluttrell Saw him at the Museum of Appalachia last Friday. Played all tracks from The Narrow Way except Sunday Dinners and Prater Creek.

Have you seen any of the tracks from "The Narrow Way" live? Nick played Smoking Gun to kickoff a show I saw back in March (but it's an old Sundy Best song).

He's my favorite Kentucky songwriter. Tyler Childers and Luke Combs used to open for him. He's mentored Wyatt Flores, Charles Wesley Godwin and many more. He hosts an entire festival teaching how to write songs. He's Nicholas Jamerson. And he just dropped my favorite album of 2025.

Nicholas Jamerson played the set of a lifetime at @LaurelCoveFest. I'm listening to him sing "Hindman" from the Laurel Cove 2025 set, and after thinking about it for the last few days, I think that was the best set I've ever seen him play. I've seen him many, many times. Not as many as @BCarpenter336, but many. If you were there, you know what I'm saying though. That crowd was electric and is the best I've ever seen the creekside stage (it felt very akin to Cole Chaney's late night set that went to 1:30 am), which means it was one of the best in Laurel Cove history. It felt like a big tent revival as we all sang along to every single song. Nick was just so emotional and appreciative of it all. I don't know that it's productive to try and rank musical experiences, but seeing our Kentucky boy play to that crowd, in that moment, was probably one of my favorite music experiences of my life. Cheers to the King. 🐐 👑
