Earlier this week PCSO Carr and Davies were joined by our local councillors on speed watch operations around Sheldon. Thank you to Councillor Saddak Miah, Councillor Paul Tilsley and Councillor Colin Green.

Eagle eyed officers spotted this stolen vehicle on cloned plates this afternoon...hide it, we'll find it!

Sheldon NHT held a drop in session this evening. Although it was short notice we are thankful for the residents that attended to raise their concerns within the community. We will hold another meeting next month and will send a message out on WNnow to confirm date and time.

This evening, our eagle eyed PCSO's spotted a wanted shop lifter at Sheldon Retail Park. The male was swiftly arrested by a nearby officer and is currently in custody awaiting interview. #teamworkmakesthedreamwork

Yesterday the Speedwatch team conducted an operation on Manor house Lane. Over 600 cars were monitored and 11 were found to be speeding and will therefore receive a letter in the post 📩 Thank you to the local residents for your support and assistance.

PCSO Carr and Davies have been at the retail park this morning giving crime prevention advice to our local community and handing out some gadgets to deter offenders. WMnow sign ups also completed. We patrolled Sheldon Country Park due to ongoing issues with off road bikes.

It was great for our @StreetWatchWM team to be part of this. Such a worthwhile thing to do, to help make our community a better place to be for everyone 😊.

Today, Pcso's Carr and Davies joined the Friends of Sheldon Country Park on a litter pick of the country park alongside members of the public...looking forward to the next event 😊

Sheldon NPT officers have arrested and charged a persistent shop lifter for 2 offences at Sheldon Retail Park. Shop lifting is not a victimless offence and can have a significant impact on local businesses and their staff.

Sheldon Speedwatch team have conducted a Speedwatch event this morning on Common Lane...445 vehicles checked 14 vehicles travelling over the 30mph limit between 08-30/09-30hrs

Sheldon Officers have been on patrol throughout the retail park during these darker nights providing reassurance and high visibility to our local stores

Today Sheldon PCSO's and the community speedwatch team conducted a operation on Barrows lane. Over 400 cars checked with only 1 vehicle speeding. #OpAdvance @Trafficwmp

Tonight, we were joined on our patrol by PCSO's Davies and Carr from @SheldonWMP, and there were no issues 🙂

We recently conducted a speedwatch operation on Horse Shoes Lane where we welcomed our special guest @BrumLordMayor A number of vehicles were found to be over the speed limit and will be receiving their letter shortly 📩

This morning PCSOs have completed a speed watch on Sheldon Heath Road alongside The deputy PCC Wasim Ali and Councillor Miah. 822 vehicles were checked, 6 will be dealt with accordingly, and 1 vehicle was seized for no insurance after occupants made off.
