and people need to stop using "jealous" instead of "angry" to make the person/character look worse. Lexi was doing what she wanted on her own, and was basically threatened into helping Cassie, why wouldn't she be angry?

@keteneh In the books Conrad was just Conrad no excuses while the show gives him a million excuses plus literally takes things she initially gave to Jeremiah away to him.

@keteneh At the time she wasn't, it's different now because during the interviews during S3, I'm pretty sure she said she related to Conrad's struggles, and how the show played out to be his happy ending instead of actually Belly's. and just comparing how she wrote the books vs show

If I’m being honest, I find JH interesting. She hates Jere but he is the best written character. She loves Bonrad but they are the worse love story ever. Belly is her girl but she writes Belly so terribly. She hates Jelly but gives us 3 seasons of their love story. Why?

I don't think people realize how hard it is to leave a toxic, codependent, trauma bond relationship. She could've been with him for two months or ten years and it wouldn't have changed what that four years did to her. She needed to leave that relationship irrespective of Conrad.

For them to be so happy, that Belly was emotionally cheating and almost kissed Conrad while engaged to his brother, they stay bringing up Jeremiah hooking up with sb after he broke up with her like it's this huge dealbreaker. That didn't even end the relationship.

@keteneh Agreed, it's why they could've ended it had S2, had Belly pick Conrad and then Jeremiah being around in the movie would make more sense. He has no reason to like or want her around after S3 because she did exactly what he begged her not to do, so this movie is going to be BS.

@Sichenlin7 I don’t mind that she and Jeremiah were not endgame as much as I mind that she essentially destroyed his trust in her. She asked for a second chance, she begged for it, only to get it and just go back on everything she ever said. That’s not how you treat your best friend.

@Sichenlin7 Unlike Bonrads who hate Belly for not giving in to Conrad when he wanted, I am mad at Belly for treating the person she called her best friend, in the worst, way possible. She acted like his feelings were secondary to her, at 16, at 21, 22 or 100. It is always at Jere’s expense.

@Sichenlin7 give her a standing ovation? Belly knows what it feels like to be hurt, for someone to go back on their words, to be gaslit. It hurt her when Conrad did the exact thing to her but when it comes to Jeremiah, she suddenly doesn’t know how feelings work and “you’re my best friend.”
