Slow progress... Narrow "grip" push ups: 3 sets of 14 reps, 90'ish seconds rest in between sets Working towards 3 sets of 25 with 1.5-2 minutes rest in between sets, regular and narrow grip When I get below 220#, going to attack pull ups, feels a bit daunting at current weight

@MalachiONeill @Broncos4ly82500 @Michael_Easter My travel has me out for 4-5 days a trip. I bring this. It is very comfortable. I'm on the bigger side, if one were smaller, it might be clunky. Super comfortable. But only 23 pounds. I carry water bottles in my winter coat to get to 30. Don't have a plan for summer 🤓
