I don't know, I'm a Lutheran (converted out of Catholicism) and I'm a quartodeciman. The date doesn't really matter as much as the message, early churches celebrated on different days.
Also, the date of Easter was set at Nicaea, which last I checked, the Bishop of Rome had slept in that day and couldn't make it. It seemed to be more of a decision from Constantinople than of Rome.
