Some weeks I think social media is to much shit and then in one day I’m shown the massive pros of it (finding an artist like @SILVIsounds ) and the massive cons, like bands being called out for simply wanting big opportunities. Blows my mind. But when Twitter is gd it’s great

@hwdurock @feverjaw That’s pretty crappy. Admittedly not every band is brilliant and it’s harder than ever but at basic level there should be more rotation on who gets gigs, radio plays etc. I just keep seeing the same 5 or 6 bands getting the good shit. Not really fair.

@hwdurock @feverjaw Timing of it seems a bit suspect. I’ve had to seriously hold myself back on it. Cos I like the venue. But the Cardiff scene from afar feels very much like the Premier League, great if your in but good luck actually getting in. But hey I’m English 😂

Had a film day yesterday. Watched all three of the new Halloween movies. Ending with the cinema in Weston for #HalloweenEnds Some bold choices, but as a trilogy I enjoyed it.
