Officially out of the obese class for bmi! Now I'm just overweight 🎉 I started at a kinda high weight so this is a big goal for me <3

@Lolasxstcy If it was my bf or my close friends, yeah I'd tell them. Family other than my sister? No way For family I'd just say I'm not as hungry, must be new routines (bc of college), or maybe lie about a diet/trying to eat healthier

@epicpooper1 Tbh, I'm not actually sure I've had issues with binges and water weight so it would fluctuate a lottt But this time around since my last bing issue (put me at around 187) it took me about a month? The way I do it is very very unhealthy tho, I don't suggest 😭 be safe pleasee

Since I've gotten out of my binge cycle and are back to restricting a lot, it feels like impossible to eat a normal amount. Like my stomach started to shrink a little again tf
