Microsoft's obsession with Crow-barring Copilot into every aspect of Windows 11 is so annoying. Why would anyone need Copilot integrated into Paint, or Notepad?!?! Win11 is already a dumpster fire as it is. This makes it worse. God help us if the Win12 rumours of AI are true.

People who book an open-ended, recurring meeting sequence and then, instead of end-dating it when no longer needed just cancel the series: you are the worst. It really wrecks my calendar for if I need to look back for a specific meeting for information.

Users, sometimes, perceive that having Service Desk do something, or give them the answer, is easier for them. When, in the end, being able to do it without relying on someone else to be involved should be quicker....

Knowledge Management: this has always bugged me. It can be, and should be, a Godsend. It helps Service Desk up skill their operators. It helps users self-serve. But you've got to want to do it - both from a creation and consumption point of view. /1
