It has taken me a long time to realise exactly how much of this happened when I was minor. A lot of my friends were in their 20s when I was 14. Constant sex jokes/topics, sexualising me and others around me, making it seem normal, using me to that end

I still don't know if I was groomed, it's hard to come to terms with that but it definitely messed

There is no idea recording situation here because no matter it's just all echo so I'm actually considering asking my real estate agent it I can sound proof my office as long as I promise to paint the walls when I move out

I've officially started on a part time contract at my work and honestly I'm really happy about it
I've never been contracted before, always casual but it's really comforting knowing I have a guaranteed paycheck and I can start building up leave and having that security

Always gonna be outliers and people that get swept up in them but overall, I think more and more people are seeing through the trends

I’ve been noticing so many weight loss posts on my feed lately, and it makes me wonder how many young people might feel pressure to go to unhealthy extremes just to look like that. Just a gentle reminder that taking care of your health will always matter more than any trend. 🩵

OH ACTUALLY Since I'm talking about cigarette cravings: As of this month, I've officially been cigarette/smoke free for 5 years! It's a major milestone that I was always a bit worried whether I would reach it or not but I'm super proud of myself for quitting and sticking with it
