We established the Early Literacy Educator Preparation Council to support reading and writing instruction, directed $112 million to support summer programs, and delivered a record $11.36 billion State School Fund to support public education. And there’s still more work to do.

I'm on a Delta flight. The front flight attendant is about 300lbs and a bull in a china shop. I thought the door was going to shatter when she slammed and secured it. The overhead bins were slammed within an inch of their lives. She keeps leaning up against the back of my seat, pushing me into the seat in front of me, as she walks through and stops in the cabin.
