Mindfulness is a skill we practice with students of all ages. Kindergarteners had a special visitor guide them through a sound bath to practice calming their body and deep breathing exercises. #Mindfulness

For a decade, Hiller Harvest has worked with local nonprofits that serve area families to supplement their resources. Upper Schoolers were able to share with younger students the importance of service & giving.
