Cougars went on the road and beat Clarksville 16-6 in 5 innings last night to finish up the regular season at 10-11. The Junior Varsity will be in action at home tonight against Madison. The Varsity will open sectional play next Wednesday at Jac Cen Del against Rising Sun.

Your Cougars competed in Loogootee this weekend in a round robin with Borden and Loogootee. The Cougars split on the day, with Bode Brooks hitting a walk off three run homerun to take game 2. Back in action Thursday at Clarksville for Varsity with JV innings to follow.

Cougars beat Greenwood Christian 8-7 to move to 9-11. Roeder with 3 hits, 2 runs and a RBI, @D_Goodpaster_9 with 2 hits and 2 RBI, Harris with 2 hits a run and 2 RBI, Gillaspy and Harker with hits. Brooks with the win on the mound, Brown goes 3 innings of 1 hit ball for the save.

Cougars drop to 7-10 with a 13-7 loss at Christian Academy last night. @D_Goodpaster_9 , Finke and Brown all with 2 hits and a RBI. Gillaspy, Harker, Stuckwisch and Brooks also chip in hits. Back in action tonight at Salem at 530pm.

Cougars walk it off against Springs Valley to win 5-4 and move to 7-9 on the year. Goodpaster, Finke, Huff and Gillaspy (triple) with hits. @D_Goodpaster_9 goes 2.2 innings of scoreless relief to pick up the win, striking out 4.

Cougars are back in action at home today for a V/JV double header with Springs Valley. Come out to Alf Snyder for our 7th annual bring a kid to the ball park day. It’s our favorite day of the year, first pitch is scheduled for noon!
