We (soon to be NHS Talking Therapies Portsmouth) will be running a female hormone online workshop, for anyone who is affected by female hormones whether directly or indirectly (partners, employers etc).

The workshop will cover: - Role of hormones - Brief idea of different conditions (menopause, PMS, PMDD, PCOS and endo). - Symptoms (group discussion) - What is CBT - 5 areas example - Communicating with health care professionals (group discussion)
