When adversity visits, mentally tough athletes are brilliant at hitting the ‘reset button’. After making a mistake, they have the ability to quickly move on and focus on the next play. This is one of the key reasons why they succeed. #ChampionMinded

Parents: fact is, not every kid who plays a sport wants to be the next Olympic champion. Most actually just want to play and have fun with their friends. Just be happy that your kid wants to play a sport, and aim to be a supportive and loving parent, not a pushy one.
