Proudly managed @BrightonYDL to second yesterday. Proud mum moments. Eadie 5:13.0 to win the 1500SC inside the ESAA entry standard. Henry enjoyed his first 2K chase (6:27) and Dulcie returning to fitness flew round to a 300H PB and threw 41.56 in the Jav.

It’s been a tough year for Dulcie but this weekend the stars aligned. A PB & SEAA CBP of 45.36m in the Javelin. A club & county record. Moves to 4th on the U/15 AT list and a cheeky 800m Pb snuck in too!

Very proud of this one for battling this year, form returning. A season’s best, an ESAA medal and a smile 😊🥈💪.

@TeamYelling @SchoolAthletics @SussexAA I raced against Martin Yelling at the inter counties at Shrewsbury in the mid 80's as an U15.

Full house for @TeamYelling 🎉🥳 So proud that all 3️⃣ of us have been selected to represent @SussexAA schools at the English schools XC @SchoolAthletics. That’s 5️⃣ out of 5️⃣ 😳 Mum & Dad also ran for Sussex Schools at XC. Dad currently in the lead with a 10th place finish.

Really pleased with our performances. Dulcie U/13 and Eadie U/15 having their best ever races to finish 10th & 17th. Henry U/15 first Sussex runner in in 58th. Looking forward to this weekends Schools inter-counties.

Eadie an amazing 4th place, bottom of her age group in the Sussex Schools, Liverpool here we come. 🎉Big step up in distance for twin brother Henry really proud of his top 8 finish and first in his year. Inter-counties beckoning. A poorly Dulcie couldn’t run 😢🤒

Today Dulcie became the Sussex County cross country champion 🥇 following an amazing year of athletics. County multi-event champion.🥇 County 1500m champion.🥇 County Javelin champion.🥇 UK 🇬🇧 AT Javelin record holder. 44:02. It’s been quite a season!
