In the wake of the large sell down in stocks on Friday, on the fears of a 100% China tariff and an escalating trade war, BTC held up okay.
Internally BTC was building a bullish structure with increasing inflows which likely shielded it.
So far the flows are holding up OK.

comparisons with previous $BTC bull runs don't make sense anymore because the market has changed and its evident from the inverse correlation between BTC's implied vol and spot price. IV has been in a downtrend through the bull run from $50K to over $120K.
Call over writers, ETFs have changed things.
Besides, euphoria bets are based on Fed rate cut forecasts.
Even if Fed cut rates, will bond yields drop! thats the key question

Thanks for the reply. Compared with tokenized money market funds like BlackRock’s BUIDL, which are backed by short-term Treasuries and repo agreements, crypto delta-neutral arbitrage strategies carry much higher inherent risks — including exchange exposure, ADL events, and execution slippage. Both models aim for stability, but their underlying risk structures are fundamentally different. ⚖️ That said, I fully respect that Ethena Labs has done an excellent job in both risk management and transparency. 👏
