All as they churn out safe sequel after safe sequel at the cash cow shrine. But I maintain that the #Shenmue series and its fanbase are the greatest. No other fanbase would have been able to be so resilient, relentlessly determined and defiant, in the face of false hope after false hope. All after SO many years and setbacks. Endlessly told by jackasses in the gaming media and armchair critics, that the franchise is "dead". Shenmue remains a lasting legacy of SEGA's greatest era. Controversial for some, but the whole Y2K Dreamcast era for me, is unsurpassed. An "enhanced" or as I view it, a revision on Shenmue 3, is the best thing for the franchise right now. We need EVERY fan on board who ever loved this game and bringing in a massive climate of goodwill, is so, so important. Hopefully, fingers crossed that this is finally the catalyst that can spark the Shenmue series back into life. I may not be speaking on this revision and some will scoff, but a Shenmue done right without any constraints and full support, BLOWS EVERYTHING OUT OF THE WATER. Facts.

Being able to change the camera from Shenmue 3 to Shenmue 1 camera makes this game 100x better already for me Believe it or not, it was one of my main criticisms for Shenmue 3, all I need to see now if the combat has been smoothen out because the original was ROUGH AF
