Alex Jeffrey Pretti has been identified as the 37-year-old male who was shot and killed by agents with Border Patrol and Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) during a scuffle today in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Pretti had no extensive criminal record and worked as a nurse with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
