"It's a deconstruction of the superhero genre", "It's satire", "If superheroes were realistic" and then it's actually just pretty standard capeshit but edgy

You guys have to understand the concept that movies can have well written and emotionally impactful scenes in isolation but those scenes are fundamentally ruined and or not supported well by the scenes that came before that undermine or break the narrative. Example:

Maya Hawke talking about rovickie being excluded in the end... I'm glad she can understand our perspective at least
