@TukiFromKL Why would you hire Howard again for building the toilet ? The MIT masters suck. Cooper warned us all.

🚨 BREAKING: The most expensive spacecraft ever built.. $93 billion to get us back to the moon.. is being rotated toward the sun because the $30 million toilet vent froze and filled the capsule with the smell of frozen piss.. it’s 2026.. astronauts are peeing into backup bags because the high-tech plumbing on our return-to-the-moon mission needs sunlight to thaw.. apollo guys did this in 1969 with duct tape and a prayer.. we came back half a century later with a $30 million toilet that still can’t beat zero degrees.. they built an entire launch system over seven years.. spent more than the GDP of 100 countries.. and the mission is being run like a student housing maintenance request.. “can you turn the heat up.. the bathroom is frozen again.” nasa is fighting physics.. it’s also fighting a procurement machine that charges taxpayers $93 billion to deliver the same bathroom the apollo boys had when richard nixon was president.. this is the most expensive smell in human history.

JUST IN: The Artemis II toilet’s vent froze over, potentially causing the terrible smell astronauts reported. NASA is tilting the space ship toward the Sun to try & thaw it out.

Of all the things in Dubai, it had to be Oracle. Karma strikes back.

I have realized that AI is certainly going to raise a pile of technical debt. Just had 2 specific instances: 1. Guy purposes an architecture on confluent. No discussion, no if and buts, next day I am hearing the MR is ready to be shipped. 2. AI adoption push going on in the form of calls and a AI practitioner live demoing solving a JIRA ticket. It certainly gives a sense that anyone can do it, it's just the tool and JIRA requirements. Want to review the architecture , ask the AI. Want to review the test cases ask the AI. Want to build the specs, Ask the AI.

The scale of the Oracle layoffs is nothing short of disheartening. 30,000 careers impacted in a flash. While the industry pivots billions into AI data centers, thousands of talented people are left to fend for themselves. I’ve never seen a time like this in my career. We have to adapt. My advice for navigating this uncertainty: Build a 1-year buffer: Aim for 12 months of runway. Liquidity is your best friend right now. Private Health Insurance: Don't rely solely on corporate plans. Get independent coverage for your family. Aggressive Budgeting: Cut the "nice-to-haves" and limit unnecessary spending. Stay Visible: Be proactive in your current role. Over-communicate with senior management and stay indispensable. The game has changed. Stay sharp, stay prepared, and look out for one another. 🛡️ #Oracle #Layoffs #TechIndustry #CareerAdvice #FinancialPlanning #WorkLife

Strong characters. Sharp storytelling. Real stakes. The kind that can take on Bond, Mission Impossible, Marvel & DC—and not blink. Maybe this is our coming-of-age moment. Indian cinema doesn’t need validation anymore. We are who we are—and we’re done being apologetic about it.

That’s what Dhurandhar 2 feels like for cinema. Not imitation—competition. And more importantly—it doesn’t shy away from reality. India has been a victim of terrorism for decades, and for once, a film is unapologetic in calling it out. No filters. No hesitation.

For the longest time, we’ve carried this quiet inferiority complex—any random Hollywood film feels “better” just because it’s Western, while Indian cinema gets judged harder. But we’ve seen this story change before. Think IPL.

I have so much gratitude to people who wrote extremely complex software character-by-character. It already feels difficult to remember how much effort it really took. Thank you for getting us to this point.

@sharmay @divya_gandotra This often comes as a shock to people, who join as Phds. And the fact it is quite acceptable to give favors to guides , so that he does not trouble you. It is often with profs/teachers , who have not been working and passing time in the institutes.

@divya_gandotra A Lady Prof at IIT Delhi filed a patent under her name for the work my Sister did in her lab. All the hard work was done by my sister and Prof pretty much stole the whole work. Mails were written but nothing ever happened. So this kind of stuff is quite common, even at IITs.

This is exactly why India struggles with R&D. A young engineer worked on extracting precious metals like gold from e-waste using a bio-refinery process. If true, this could have been a breakthrough for India’s recycling and tech sector. Instead of support, he claims an IIT professor became the obstacle. When institutions kill innovation, the country pays the price. CC: @dpradhanbjp, @AshwiniVaishnaw
