In teaching thermodynamics, in 2019, I gave a lecture on the ascent of sap in a tree, analyzed using the basic algorithm of thermodynamics (BAT). docs.google.com/document/d/1on… A student in the class gave me a present—his drawing of a BAT on a tree.
